Sales mandate

Fees including VAT, agreed when the mandate is signed

Fees are due only if the sale goes through, upon signature of the deed. They cover the whole service: valuation, confidential marketing, vetting of buyers, negotiation and support up to signature.

Letting mandate

Fees including VAT, agreed when the letting mandate is signed

Unfurnished or furnished letting — French law of 6 July 1989

Fees payable by the tenant and the landlord, covering the viewing, the application file and the drafting of the lease. Maximum share payable by the tenant:

Very high-demand zone (Paris and certain Île-de-France municipalities)€12.10 incl. VAT / m²

Civil-code lease, unfurnished or furnished — outside the 1989 law

Fees payable by the tenant10 % of the annual rent excl. charges + VAT (20 %)

Traosphere operates under professional licence no. CPI75012025000000532, issued by the CCI Paris Île-de-France under the French Hoguet law no. 70-9 of 2 January 1970 governing property and business transactions.
